Industrial Business Intelligence Engine

Unified analytical layer with KPI computation, semantic modeling and full data traceability

IVR.Bi consolidates structured data from all IVR 5.0 AI Workers, generating dashboards, statistical analyses and industrial KPIs without manual consolidation. Every metric is derived from timestamped, traceable records, ensuring objective evidence and governed analytical consistency.

Analytical Capabilities

  • Consolidation of data from all INFRA and DDD Workers
  • Industrial KPI calculation aligned with ISO 22400
  • Temporal analysis and cross-plant comparisons
  • Unified semantic layer for governed metrics
  • Automated dashboard and report generation

Universal Data Connectivity

The BI module connects to internal Workers such as QIF, MSA, SPC, OEE, MES and Scheduler, as well as external systems through the Integration layer. Data ingestion follows structured contracts and controlled pipelines.

All imported datasets are timestamped, version-aware and linked to their source context, ensuring analytical outputs can be traced back to original operational events.

No KPI is generated without a verifiable and traceable data origin.

Connector Architecture

IVR.Bi operates through a modular connector architecture, allowing controlled ingestion from databases, message queues, APIs and ERP systems. Each connector enforces schema validation and structured payload processing.

This architecture ensures scalability, isolation and compatibility with distributed deployments, maintaining alignment with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.

  • API-based ingestion pipelines
  • Message bus consumption (RabbitMQ)
  • Structured schema validation
  • Environment-specific configuration control

Unified Semantic Layer

The BI module implements a unified semantic layer that standardizes metrics definitions across quality, production, maintenance and engineering domains. KPI formulas, aggregation rules and calculation logic are versioned and governed centrally.

This semantic abstraction prevents inconsistent interpretations of indicators and guarantees that dashboards and reports rely on controlled and reproducible definitions.

Analytical governance is enforced through centralized, version-controlled metric definitions.

Self-Service Analytical Experience

IVR.Bi supports self-service analytics through configurable dashboards and parameterized reports, while preserving role-based access control enforced by Identity and API governance via IVR.Server.

Users can explore trends, compare plants and evaluate historical performance without compromising infrastructure security or semantic consistency.

Data exploration remains flexible for users and controlled at the infrastructure level.

Architectural Principles

The BI module follows Clean Architecture, domain isolation and containerized deployment standards defined in the IVR 5.0 AI ecosystem. It operates as an independent Worker, scalable and isolated.

By separating analytical processing from transactional workloads, the platform ensures measurable performance, resilience and audit-ready traceability across all industrial domains.

Business Intelligence operates as a governed, scalable and infrastructure-aligned analytical engine.
